Intro Skiing at Deer Valley

We're hosting Intro Skiing at Deer Valley this winter so you can explore the joy and magic of downhill winter sports! Deer Valley is renowned for its gorgeous vistas, fun terrain including beginner friendly slopes, and world class instruction. You'll spend the morning learning constructive skills, movement, and gaining comfort on skis from the experts, enjoy a warm group lunch, and then spend the afternoon honing your new skills around the resort.

We're lucky to offer this at less than 20% of the normal cost of this package to an all women of color participant group. All ski equipment included, winter apparel is not included. It's a pretty sweet deal. We're offering 2 dates for this course - please choose one date - they are both beginner lessons and you can only select one. Pay attention to which date you can commit to please, as we cannot offer full refunds. 

Format of the day:

8 a.m. arrival for ski rental fitting

8:45 a.m. pass out lift tickets and form groups with instructors

9 a.m. to noon lessons (3 instructors, total of 12 participants or fewer)

Noon- lunch voucher to dine together at Snow Park Lodge

1 p.m.- continue skiing on your own and get a few hours of practice in with your new crew!

4 p.m. gear return by then/slopes close, head out
